A deposit of 50% $______________ is due at the signing of this agreement, with the balance due to be paid at on the date of the session. Additional Photoshop Work can be added for $245 for all images on CD. Make Up Artist can be added Expenses: (The Client is responsible for all travel, accommodation, meal and transport costs unless provided by the Client)

PACKAGE AND SERVICES INCLUDED FOR THE FEE STATED ABOVE:

Gold Package - $495

• 2 hours of set up and photography
• Up to 8 family members included for this package.
• Additional family members - add $20 per person.
• We provide full location lighting and setup at your location
• While we are there essentially to photograph the family group, if you choose we will also shoot any subgroup, individual portraits, portraits with pets etc. In fact anything that you might want.
• Any photography or preparation time required in excess of the 2 hours will be billed additionally at the rate of $255 per hour.
• In the two hours we shoot approximately 100 images of the family in various groupings according to the clients wishes.
• We select the best 15 images and do a complete PhotoShop tweak session after the photography ends. (adjusting levels, sharpness, contrast, color saturation, conversion to B&W / sepia etc.)
• All original images, plus the "tweaked" images, are supplied to the client on CD.
• The CD will contain with both hi-res and low-res images. (Low Res images are suitable for emailing and creating web sites - Hi Res images are suitable for prints and enlargements .
• Reproduction Rights are assigned to the client allowing you to make your own reprints and enlargements at your own convenience.
• Upload to Pictage for online viewing and ordering high quality art prints and canvas prints.

Silver Package - $395

• 1 hour of set up and photography
• Up to 5 family members included for this package.
• Additional family members - add $20 per person.
• We provide full location lighting and setup your location
• While we are there essentially to photograph the family group, if you choose we will also shoot any subgroup, individual portraits, portraits with pets etc. In fact anything that you might want.
• Any photography or preparation time required in excess of the 1 hours will be billed additionally at the rate of $255 per hour.
• In the one hours we shoot approximately 50 images of the family in various groupings according to the clients wishes.
• We select the best 8 images and do a complete PhotoShop tweak session after the photography ends. (adjusting levels, sharpness, contrast, color saturation, conversion to B&W / sepia etc.)
• All original images, plus the "tweaked" images, are supplied to the client on CD.
• The CD will contain with both hi-res and low-res images. (Low Res images are suitable for emailing and creating web sites - Hi Res images are suitable for prints and enlargements .

• Up to 4 family members included for this package.
• Additional family members - add $20 per person.
• We provide full location lighting and setup your location
• While we are there essentially to photograph the family group, if you choose we will also shoot any subgroup, individual portraits, portraits with pets etc. In fact anything that you might want.
• Any photography or preparation time required in excess of the 1 hours will be billed additionally at the rate of $255 per hour.
• In one hour we shoot approximately 25 images of the family in various groupings according to the clients wishes.
• All original images are supplied to the client on CD.
• The CD's will contain with both hi-res and low-res images. (Low Res images are suitable for emailing and creating web sites - Hi Res images are suitable for prints and enlargements.)
• Reproduction Rights are assigned to the client allowing you to make your own reprints and enlargements at your own convenience.
• Upload to Pictage for online viewing and ordering high quality art prints and canvas prints.

Additional Photoshop work  to look younger or slimmer or just more perfect can be added for $245 for all images on CD.

Make Up Artist can be added be added to all packages.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between VIP-Concepts and the CLIENT. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all the parties. If the parties want to waive one provision of this agreement that does not mean that any other provision is also waived. The party against whom a waiver is sought to be effective must have signed a waiver in writing.
RESERVATION: A signed contract and reservation fee are required to reserve the specified coverage.
SHOOTING TIME / ADDITIONS: The photography schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of the CLIENT in a manner enjoyed by all parties. CLIENT and VIP-Concepts agree that cheerful cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential to that purpose. Shooting commences at the scheduled start time.
HOUSE RULES: CLIENT agrees to accept the technical results of their imposition on the photographer. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is CLIENT's responsibility; VIP-Concepts will offer technical recommendations only.
Images and COPYRIGHTS: Until final payment for services rendered is made, the photographs produced by VIP-Concepts are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without VIP-Concepts explicitly written permission. Upon final payment by the CLIENT, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to the CLIENT under the following conditions: The prints are the property of CLIENT for personal use and for the purposes of the reproduction and giving of photographs to friends and relatives. The Client must obtain written permission from and compensate VIP-Concepts prior to the CLIENT or its friends and relatives publishing or selling the photographs for profit.
EXHIBITION: Requests for specific images to be used by VIP-Concepts may be requested at a future time. CLIENT grants VIP-Concepts permission to display selected images resulting from this assignment as an example of VIP-Concepts work and for entrance into photographic competitions and release all claims to profits that may arise from use of images.
MODEL RELEASE: The CLIENT hereby grants to VIP-Concepts and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The CLIENT hereby releases VIP-Concepts and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. LIMIT OF
LIABILITY: In the unlikely event that the photographer is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the event, VIP-Concepts will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. VIP-Concepts takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing the photographs. However, in the unlikely event that images have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons within or beyond VIP-Concepts ' control, VIP-Concepts Photography liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of total number of originals.
SECURITY DEPOSITS: In the event of cancellation, the security deposit paid is non-refundable. It shall be liquidated damages to VIP-Concepts in the event of a breach of contract by CLIENT. The CLIENT shall also be responsible for payment for any VIP-Concepts materials charges incurred up to time of cancellation.
COMPLETION SCHEDULE: Uploading to our secure server takes approximately 14 business days.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 50% due at time of signing of agreement. Balance payable in full at time of wedding. I have read and understood the terms above. I hereby agree to the terms of this agreement.
