For over two decades, Beach Glass Weddings has planned weddings across Hawaii Island, helping thousands of couples plan their destination weddings so they can enjoy the time leading up to their wedding day.

Weddings are a collaborative effort, and we work exclusively with a trusted team of professionals we consider part of our ohana. We choose them for their reliability and high standards. On your wedding day, our team is on-site, managing the details behind the scenes and keeping everything running smoothly for you and your guests.

Our planning packages include the services most couples request while still giving you the flexibility to make the wedding your own. Every celebration can be tailored to fit your style, priorities, and vision—from guest count and florals to seating, music, and timeline. We specialize in intimate weddings with up to 20 guests, creating space to focus on what matters most—your love for each other and the family and friends you’ve chosen to celebrate with.

For couples blending tradition with the spirit of aloha, our Shaloha Package honors Jewish wedding customs within Hawaii’s natural beauty. Our Hochzeit in Hawaii Package is designed for German-speaking couples and includes a native German-speaking coordinator to make planning from abroad easier.

Big Island Hawaii Wedding Packages

Beach Glass Wedding Package — $2,495

Everything you need for a beautiful, intimate beach wedding.

The Beach Glass Wedding Package includes planning, your ceremony, live ukulele music, seating for up to 10 guests, and professional photography. It is a complete starting point that can be customized with additional seating, florals, decor, photography, video, and other enhancements.

Honoliʻi Wedding Retreat — $6,995

More than a wedding day—a destination experience for you and the people closest to you.

The Honolii Wedding Retreat builds on our wedding packages with extended photography, day-of coordination, seating and prosecco for up to 20 guests, and the option to celebrate with a catered dinner or private luau. Set along the Honolii River near the ocean, the historic plantation-style retreat also gives you the opportunity to stay together for several days. We recommend a three-night stay.

Staying at Honoliʻi

The retreat is currently $1,700 per night, plus a $1,000 cleaning fee. We recommend a three-night stay, bringing the estimated property total to $6,100. The property rental is booked separately and is not included in the Beach Glass Weddings package price.

Turn Your Wedding Into a Celebration

Your ceremony can be only the beginning. Stay for a catered dinner, host a private Hawaiian luau, add custom florals and professional hair and makeup, and have our cinematography team capture the day on film.
